Our Trengwainton Trousers are the perfect blend of comfort and style. We've given them a flattering, relaxed tapered shape and fixed rolled cuff detail. A slightly shorter style, these 7/8 length trousers are perfect with sandals. They have functioning buttons on one side and an elasticated back waistband for extra comfort. Made from garment-dyed linen in a rich, deep hue, they look great with one of our printed cotton tops, or teamed with Breton stripes for a nautical look.
Made in China, in line with our Ethical Trading Policy.

We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service for all our standard UK & CI orders.
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday to receive your Seasalt order the very next working day (excluding Bank Holiday weekends). Please note any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over a Bank Holiday weekend will be despatched on the next working day.
Unfortunately next day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.

DPD
Any orders that are placed before 2pm are sent via DPD and will require a signature. If you've given us your mobile number, you'll get a text message an hour before your parcel’s delivered. If you're not in, you can choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, or rearrange delivery.

1. Hop online and choose 'CollectPlus' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient Seasalt collection point - there are over 5500 in the UK.
3. You'll receive a code by email and text when your item arrives. Take this and some form of ID (passport, driving license) to your chosen collection point. They'll keep your order for you for 10 days.

All orders are shipped directly from the UK, you won’t have to pay customs fees, import duties or any local sales taxes when your parcel reaches the country you live in.
Non EU & Rest of the world
All orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in. You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs. We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in (for example, the threshold for goods imported to United State of America is $800, and Canada is $20CAD). Any orders with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
BFPO
We can post to BFPO addresses as long as they have a UK postcode (we can’t be held responsible for what happens to the parcel between the BFPO and its final destination).

Lovely fabric and weight, baggy fit. I'm trying next size down and will comment again. I love this look, 1950ish. So pleased with my first Seasalt order, across the pond. All items are top quality and classics that will be worn for years.
Usually a size 8, but too tight on the waist, like another reviewer said.
Fortunately, there is an extra inside button (great idea ?), that makes them fit well, because returning them means extra shipping costs from Spain, and i really prefer no to have to do that. (Although the shape around that side of the waist will look a little bit different if you´re wearing something above it, when using the inside button)
That button could also come in handy when your tummy changes shape for whatever reason and then you can loosen up the pressure if they become too tight.
They look more close to black than to navy. Will also have to take into account that on the very first couple of hours of wear, they become quite baggy and wrinkled being a light linen. I guess they will also need ironing when washed, which i haven´t done yet. Otherwise, flattering, very comfy and relaxed, but maybe too much for someone looking for trousers that keep their shape longer. Would be nice in other colors too.
I usually wear a size 10 in Seasalt trousers - (i.e. previous 5 pocket jeans styles, the Waterdance Jeans and the Trail Board Trouser) but having ordered a size 10 Scots Pine and size 10 Trengwainton linen trouser I decided to send them both back for a size 12. The fit through the hips and leg was fine (more than ample!) but the waist was just too slim for me. It looks like they are meant to sit on the true waist, but I think being quite tall (5'10" and - realistically - more of a "size 11") I was trying to pull them down a little bit to get more length and that meant they weren't comfy enough on the waist. Hoping the size 12s will be perfect.
