A good wardrobe addition

Really like this lightweight jumper; just right for spring and those times when something a bit warmer than short sleeves is needed. It fits true to size and drapes well. I think it can be used to dress up , or down.

Poor Quality

I've always lusted over Seasalt clothing, and this was the first time I was able to buy. I was really disappointed with this top and had to send it back. The top starts to go bally around the arms within the first wear and before washing. For the price I paid, I was expecting much better quality and I was so sad to have to send it back as it was a lovely top.

Dear Sarah,
Thanks for your review of the Uplands Jumper. The ‘pilling’ or bobbles that you are experiencing are a natural occurrence but particularly so in better quality yarns. This happens because, as the yarn is knitted into a garment and the garment is worn, over time the ‘fluff’ gets tangled as it is rubbed. This results in little balls of fluff – the ‘pilling’. The most common area affected are the underarms and sides of body but, equally, it can happen on the main body if, say, a seatbelt rubs.
The bobbles that appear are easily picked off, either by hand or with a ‘bobble’ remover but they are far easier to remove from a garment containing quality yarn as opposed to a cheaper yarn mix item. Whilst it initially can be a nuisance, as the yarn Seasalt use is of a very high quality, the ‘pilling’ will decrease with wear and you will be left with just a beautifully soft jumper.
If you’d like any further information or advice, please call our friendly customer service team on 01326 640075 or pop onto Live Chat on our website at www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk, where we’d be happy to assist you.
Best wishes, Seasalt

Good Fit

Reading the reviews helped me more aware of the size to choose so I bought the smaller size which was a great fit. Beautiful light wool mix to wear with layers, for an Aussie winter.

Nice fabric, nice pattern

Useful thin jumper with a nice pattern that isn't overbearing. Don't think it would suite 'layering'.

Lovely Jumper

I love the pattern and feel of this jumper. I originally ordered my usual size but this was very large. The next size down fits me perfectly.

Fits in well

A really good buy. It fits well and so soft against the skin. It's suitable to wear with many things on it's own or as a layer. Lovely soft colours too.
