Very smart - when new

These were just what I wanted -and at a reduced price in the outlet store. The soles are sturdy and able to stand up to the occasional accidental excursion outside!
I agree with other reviewers about the sticker which was ridiculously difficult to remove, and couldn't be read anyway.
However - the slippers have not stood up well to wear. The fabric has become very bobbly, even before attempting to wash them. - so they no longer look smart.
Worst though is that there is no structure to the boots and the range of sizes (mine was 3-5) is too great for the style. They have partly collapsed with wear and developed a kink at the back of the heel. This means my feet are forced forwards in the boot (I am a size 4) and if I wear them for any length of time my toes ache.
I wish I could post a photo at this point!

I think that if you do this style again, you need to look at the quality of construction and fabric. A £35 pair of slippers should be sturdy enough to be worn for several hours - easy to do if you work from home. Also they should look good and be comfortable for several months else we might as well just buy cheap slippers. I

sticky sticker but super slipper!

...whilst the reviews below are correct, in that the care label is a silly idea, and a bit of a struggle to remove.. we did get my partners out, without too much trouble, or fluff, and overall,, they are gorgeous, cosy boots.
Only wish the women's fairisle slipper boots would come back in stock in my size now too!

Disappointing quality issue

As others have already commented I had to return the boot slippers that I had received as a christmas present, due to the sticky label in the left boot that was impossible to remove. This style and fit was good but label made them unwearable. I was really disappointed as they were a christmas present and I had been looking for a pair like this for ages. On returning them to the store in Chester, every single pair in the shop was the same. How is it possible not to have discovered this quality issue prior to sale?

Comfortable slippers - annoying sticker

Very comfortable and warm with a reasonably sturdy sole (ideal for the days when I forget I’m wearing slippers and go outside!). Fit is true to size. However I agree with the previous reviewers about the irritating sticker inside the left boot (NOT on the outside of the sole). It took two of us half an hour to get a good enough grip on it to pull it out. It finally came out with quite a bit of fluff attached - so I am glad I didn’t pay full price. The sticker is now unreadable - and I couldn’t see it inside the boot - so I hope the info wasn’t important!

Also Dissappointed

Agreeing with the previous review. That sticker is impossible to get out.

I bought these for my husband, and at first look they were great, sturdy and soft slippers. But there is a very long sticker on the inside of the slipper, on the sole, which try as we might, would not peel off. Not even the corner of it would peel away. A sticker on the sole seems like a major design floor...

Also my husband is a size 9, with skinny feet, and the size 9-10 were too small.

I really like these booty slippers. I have skinny size 5 feet so the 3-5 size just about fits. The boots are spoiled for me by the large strip of sticky tape inside the left boot - which I think has information on - I can't read it, I certainly can't get it out as it's stuck on so tightly, and it's uncomfortable on the sole of my foot. They are not cheap slippers and this poor labelling is so unnecessary. Very sadly I will be returning them.
