A pretty, feminine knit with pointelle stitch detail which frames the neckline. Made from the finest merino, this midweight jumper has a cosy feel that's perfect for autumn. Our Day Trip Jumper is a slightly shorter style, so it's ideal for wearing with skirts as well as trousers. It's finished with long sleeves, a deep ribbed hem and rolled edge neckline and cuffs.

I have two of the similar model, the Lovage, in the red and the blue and wear them to death. I fell in love with the Day Trip jumper in Ecru as soon as I saw it and pounced when the sale started. I love the cotton in the Lovage but the Day Trip is merino wool so warmer (if a little itchy) and it has full length sleeves for winter.. I’m a 12 in these styles and it’s generous in width and boxy/slouchy as described by others. I’ve ticked ‘bigger fit’ but it’s typical Seasalt styling.
I personally do love the colour but, for those considering purchasing, it’s not the colour I expected from the photographs or the term ecru (French for raw or unbleached). Yes, the base colour is a raw linen oatmeal beige but It has a definite marbled (marl) effect which means it looks like it has a very fine blue-grey running through the base natural colour. The overall effect is therefore actually a pale grey marl. The photographs make the jumper look like a clean bright cream and a bit more dressy than it is. However, as I said above, I do love the colour. And whole heartedly recommend as it looks fab with plain indigo jeans and it won’t show any small marks from paws!!!
What a relief! This sweater fits my mother perfectly, thanks to the description and reviews. She is petite, so it's not to long in the body.
Long time I was looking for warm but classy style jumper. I love delicate lace pattern around a neck. Thin sweater have got everything which I need. It is easy to wear, warm and fit perfect.
I have ecru colour which is more like light grey.
Size 8 fit perfect for me. Good matching with a plain jeans.
Jumper received in good time and fit was fine and appeared as in website, Jumper was finished with solvent or had taken on a smell of oil or petrol and had to be washed prior to wear.
Love this jumper! The dark green is fabulous for winter and the styling is so pretty with the pointelle detail around the top. I got a size 10 which is a little big but not so big that I would return it. If the other colour comes back in my size I will probably go for it!
This is a beautiful jersey ,yes ,it is a relaxed fit, a short length, but, for me, size 10, 5 foot 4, it just is so flattering! Lovely, lightweight, warm ,not a colour I would normally pick (coppice), but it all works wonderfully! Oh ,by the way ,did I mention how elegant the neckline is . . .!!!

Super pretty dark green color and very cozy 100% wool jumper. Not too long - sits very well with skirts and looks great with a contrasting top underneath to show the knitting details. It's true to the measurements supplied but with that regard I ordered a size smaller than normal and it was perfect for me. So check those cm and when in doubt choose smaller.
Yet my favorite side of this order was to receive it in a paper delivery bag!! THANK YOU Seasalt for moving away from plastic! Could we see the individual plastic bags disappear too? I don't think our orders get upset for touching each other ;) please, if you can, it's still too much unnecessary plastic with each order.
This is possibly one of the nicest things I’ve bought in a long time, it’s beautifully soft and fits really well. I went for my usual size and I’m planning on wearing it over my Seasalt basic tops. The detailling is really nice as is the warm cream colour. I’m hoping it’ll wash well as I plan on wearing it a lot!
Beautiful quality and lovely detail on the yoke . Jumper is warm and winter weight , needs a light layer underneath as a little itchy . Style is boxy but suits my 5' 3'' height -my usual size 14 is generous but thats due to its boxy style . Would recommend but I think would only suit certain body shapes .
