When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and receive your Seasalt order the very next working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If you order over a Bank Holiday weekend, your order will arrive on the Wednesday.
Unfortunately next day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.
All next day orders are sent via DPD and will need a signature. You can track your order by contacting Customer Services on 01326 640075.If you've given us your mobile number, you'll get a text message alert an hour before your parcel’s delivered. If you're not in, you can choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, or rearrange delivery.If you haven’t given us your mobile number and you're not in when the parcel’s delivered, we'll leave a card with details about how to rearrange your delivery.

2. Select the most convenient shop to pick up your order. Click & Collect is available in all of our shops except Guernsey.
3. We'll email you when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen shop. They'll keep it for you for 7 days (don't forget to bring your order number with you when you pop in to collect it)

1. Hop online and choose 'CollectPlus' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient Seasalt collection point - there are over 5500 in the UK.
3. You'll receive a code by email and text when your item arrives. Take this and some form of ID (passport, driving license) to your chosen collection point. They'll keep your order for you for 10 days.
