Right angle posts

Oops..lovely earrings but although wrapped in tissue sadly they weren’t packaged in the boxes supplied with them but just laid on top of them so all 3 pairs of ceramic earrings now have right angle posts and I don’t have square ears! This also happened earlier in the year with cypress resin earrings. Think you need to rethink how you package these or don’t sell online which would be a pity.

Pretty earrings but damaged

I ordered the blue earrings and they are a lovely colour and the shape is unusual, however the posts at the back of them were badly bent. I only discovered this when trying to remove them from the card sleeve. The damage was not visible before that. They were well packaged so I think the damage was done before they reached Seasalt. I managed to straighten the backs enough for the earrings to be worn but would suggest that this area is checked by your team before despatch. I have bought earrings from you in the past with no problems.
