Why can I no longer use the UK website for international delivery?

We’ve created a dedicated international website to give the best possible experience to our valued international community, wherever you are in the world. We’ve improved the functionality at checkout so we can offer you the clearest, most cost-effective shipping options with no hidden taxes, more payment methods, and prices displayed in your own currency.

Which website should I use for delivery to the Channel Islands?

Please use our UK website as normal. VAT will be deducted. Please ensure you select ‘Guernsey’ or ‘Jersey’ as your delivery location and not ‘United Kingdom’.

Can I use my existing account to shop on your international website?

Yes, you can use your existing account. To use your account, please reset your password on our international ‘My Account’ page. To keep your information secure, we couldn’t bring your UK website password across to the new international website.

Can I shop on your UK website and international website with the same account?

Yes, you can shop on our UK website for UK delivery and international website for worldwide delivery.

  • To access your account on our UK website, you’ll need to use the password you created for our UK website.
  • To access your account for the first time on our international website, you’ll need to reset your password on our international ‘My Account’ page. You can then use this password to access your international account each time. (To keep your information secure, we couldn't bring your UK website password across to our new international website).

Please note that you won’t be able to view any orders you place on your UK account in your international account and vice versa.

Will I be able to view my previous purchase history on your international website?

You won't be able to view any previous UK website order history in your international account just yet, but we’re working hard to make this available for you soon. You’ll still be able to access this information in your UK account.

Will I have to pay tax and duties on your international website?

Yes. Tax and duties are handled by our fulfilment partner, Global-e. Depending on your country, tax and duties will either be:

  • Included in the price
  • Paid at checkout
  • Optional at checkout

Why are prices different on your international website?

The exchange rate will vary by country and currency, so the cost of items may be different when you make a direct conversion based on your current exchange rate.

Why can’t I find all product ranges on your international website?

Unfortunately, there are a small number of products that we can’t ship internationally. These include our chocolate, bath and body and home fragrance ranges.

Why are promotions different on your international website?

We are unable to offer any currency-based promotions on our international website, but we do offer alternatives to these. Please visit our international promotions and offers page for more information.
