If you find your order isn't quite right – for whatever reason – don't worry, we've got a 'no quibbles' returns policy.

  • You have 28 days to return your items.
  • Fill in the returns section on your delivery note and pop it in the bag with the items you want to return.
  • Please return all items unworn, clean and with the tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear and tights can’t be returned unless it’s faulty. Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear and returned to us unworn and with hygiene strips in place.
  • Refunds will be made to the payment method you used on the original order. Please note, this may take between 5-10 working days to appear from the date that you receive the refund confirmation email.

You can return items you’ve bought online by post or CollectPlus. Alternatively, just pop in to your nearest Seasalt shop with the returns form that came with your order or proof of purchase. We can’t refund Paypal orders in our shops, but we’ll be happy to send them on to the warehouse for you.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange ROI purchases in our UK shops or UK purchases in ROI shops but we'll happily send them on to our returns department to process for you.

Attach the pre-paid Returns Address Label to the original packaging. If you can’t find your UK Freepost label, you can create and print new one on the Royal Mail's site - just fill in your details and order number. You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details you need to return the parcel. Make sure you get a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send it back.


Go to to arrange and pay for the return of your parcel.

Stockists/Department Stores

If you bought an item from one of our stockists, you’ll need to return it to the shop you bought it from. We usually find our stockists are very accommodating. However, if you have any problems, just contact our customer services team on 01326 640075

International Returns

Please fill out the returns slip and clearly mark the parcel as ‘Returned Goods’. You’ll need to pay for the postage, unless you’re returning a faulty item. If this is the case, please contact our customer services team to arrange the return (unfortunately we can’t refund the cost of international return postage unless it’s arranged in advance).

Faulty Goods

We work hard to make sure that everything from Seasalt reaches you in tip top condition. However, if your order is not as you’d expect, just give us a call and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
