  • Wholesale Account Coordinator

    Seasalt is a successful lifestyle retailer with over 65 shops and over 400 wholesale stockists internationally including John Lewis, Next and independent boutiques to name a few.

     

    As Wholesale Account Co-ordinator, you will be a role model for delivering an amazing experience to our Wholesale customers. Reporting to the Wholesale Customer Services Manager, you will successfully contribute to the achievement of sales and despatch targets and department KPI’s.

    Please note this role is based in our Head Office in Redruth.

     

    You’ll help us by;

    • Ensuring customers receive exceptional service that is above and beyond their expectations
    • Focussing on ensuring that all orders from assigned areas are correctly processed and despatched in line with set KPI’s with a minimum of errors and exceptions.
    • Effectively utilising system, processes and Excel analysis to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and clear communication of order status is provided to all stakeholders. Contributing to achievement of sales and despatch targets, exceptional customer service and department KPI’s.
    • Working in coordination with Wholesale Office and Systems Administrator to ensure data integrity, optimal process flow and clear communication to all stakeholders.
    • System administration crucial to service delivery including; updating customer, order and product information and working on processes to ensure the integrity of system data.
    • Build on these relationships to support & encourage ‘In Season’ orders, but also to identify issues early and rectify to the stockist’s complete satisfaction.
    • Administration for Agents days – as directed by Country Manager but to include workbooks, labels, look books and agents packs.
    • Aiming to exceed set KPI’s in reference to; first contact resolution, call answer time, email answer time and despatch targets etc.
    • Managing and recording any order issues that arise i.e. pick fails, cancellations, error orders and short deliveries etc. Clear communication with DC & Systems teams as appropriate.
    • General administration for assigned areas, sending of barcode files and imagery, maintaining variation of standard terms, ensuring up to date in all systems, issuing order confirmations and any other ad hoc requests as required.
    • Setting up new accounts accurately- ensure pre-configured cues are actioned and welcome e-mail’s sent in timely manner.
    • Receiving sales orders in multiple formats and processing sales orders across multiple systems
    • Analysing reports to remove any unfulfillable order lines and liaising with Merchandising and Warehousing teams to coordinate effective replenishment of stock to meet demand.

    The skills you’ll be sharing with the team;

     

    With previous customer service and sales experience, you will have a good understanding of the wholesale/retail environment. Previous use of a stock management system is desirable.

     

    Having great negotiation and influencing skills are essential, with the ability to work closely with and build relationships across the business as required.

     

    With previous experience of advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel, you will have excellent organisational skills and time management skills with a good knowledge of the fashion industry. With an ‘over and above’ approach to customer service, you will be honest, trustworthy and a keen team player.

  • Performance and Development Manager

    As our Performance & Development Manager you will act as the strategic partner for all learning, development and performance activities across the business and will promote and manage all formal, social and experiential learning.  This will include development that supports and challenges both our top talent and under performers and a keen focus on people management and leadership, helping our people become more effective leaders.

    Please note, this role is remote with occasional travel to our stores and other locations including quarterly visits to our Cornwall head office.

    You’ll help us by;

     

    • Designing, delivering and evaluating activities ensuring alignment with business strategy and demonstrating added value and impact on the business goals and direction.
    • Supporting and coaching managers in collaboration with HR Business Partners to ensure teams progress together and can achieve their own strategic targets.
    • Adopting a continuous improvement approach, working closely with the business and external thought leaders to ensure development activities remain modern and
    • Utilising an agile approach to people development, consulting on performance with key stakeholders to ensure development activities and budgetary spend meets the needs of the business at all times.
    • Leveraging technology to support both formal and informal people development; providing personalised, adaptive learner experiences; embedding performance and development support solutions within the workflow; enabling social/collaborative communities and promoting overall knowledge sharing between and amongst people throughout Seasalt.
    • Maximising our digital learning platform by promoting self-direction and a feedback culture free from judgement supported by emotional intelligence and psychological safety.
    • Utilising data analytics and storytelling to clearly link people development to business performance.

     

    The skills you’ll be sharing with the team;

    With extensive experience in a Learning and Development role across a variety of environments, you’ll be passionate and purpose driven. Solutions focussed, you will have a track record of building relationships and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Experience of owning L&D and designing and delivering development activities is preferable.

     

    Experience of using digital methods and mediums to deliver L&D activities is key, as is experience of performance and talent management processes. Confident operating in an agile way and able to manage multiple projects, you’ll thrive in complex and ambiguous change environments.
