    Seasalt is growing and we have a brilliant opportunity for a Stockroom Assistant to join our Penryn team on a permanent 13 hour part time contract.

    Ideally you will have some retail/stockroom experience. You will also need to be available for both weekdays and weekends. Please not that this vacancy requires heavy lifting and the majority of the role will involve moving and unpacking heavy boxes.

    You'll help us by;
    • Taking responsibility of the stockroom, processing deliveries and replenishment as and when required.
    • Maintaining acceptable housekeeping standards in the stockroom at all times.
    • Labelling and organise the stockroom.
    • Assisting on the shop floor when required.
    • Organising and maintain sales orders, Click & Collect and customer reservations.

    We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor to join the York team on a 24 hour permanent contract.

    If you are as passionate about our beautiful collections as we are and have the ability to provide a first class customer service experience then this is the job for you!

    All of our shops are open 7 days a week, 364 days a year so we are looking for candidates who are flexible for both weekday and weekend working, including Sundays.

    You'll help us by:

    • Support the management team to drive sales, achieve KPI targets and execute store operations to the highest standards.
    • Manage visual merchandising of shop windows and displays.
    • Responsible for the shop and team in the absence of the management team.
    • Support the management team in driving commercial excellence, reinforcing and delivering high and consistent standards of customer service.
    • Act as a brand ambassador and role model, promoting Seasalt key values and behaviours, in order for your team to embody these.
    • Support the management team in leading and training the team to maximise their potential and create a culture that ensures the customer is at the centre of everything we do.

    The skills you'll be sharing with the team:

    You'll be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion. Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets.

    You will have previous supervisor experience in a high turnover store and will enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
