  • Assistant Store Manager - new shop

    Lytham Full-Time Details

    Seasalt is growing and we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join us in our brand new store in Lytham, opening in July

    Key responsibilities

    • Assist the store manager in driving store sales, maximising profitability, and achieving KPI targets and fulfil all management duties in their absence.
    • Support the store manager in delivering commercial excellence and high standards of customer service.
    • Act as a brand ambassador and role model, promoting Seasalt key values and behaviours, in order for your team to embody these for the benefit of our customers. 
    • Support store manager with the training and development of the team to maximise their potential and create a culture that ensures the customer is at the centre of everything we do.

  • Supervisor - new shop

    Lytham Part-Time Details

    Seasalt is growing and we now have fantastic opportunities for part time and full time supervisors to join our brand new shop in Lytham opening in July.

    The contracts available will be for 22 hours and 40 hours per week with working hours/pattern to be discussed and confirmed at interview. All of our shops are open 7 days a week, 364 days a year so we are looking for candidates who are flexible for both weekday and weekend working.
