  • Area Manager - South West

    South West Full-Time Details

    Seasalt is a growing women’s lifestyle retailer and we now have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join us and be responsible for managing our shops within the South West of the UK. The area, covering both Cornwall and Devon, currently has 13 stores and is where our retail business started.

    Key objectives

    • Commercial and financial performance of the stores, ensuring continued sales growth and the delivery of an exceptional service experience through the motivation and personal development of the store teams.
    • Maximize area sales, profitability and operational excellence setting clear business, commercial and personal goals that will ensure the retail and brand vision are consistently met across the area.

    What we're looking for

    The ideal candidate would be an existing Area Manager, preferably within a lifestyle brand, based in the South West of England with proven success of managing a group of stores across a wide geographical area. You’ll be a results driven retail leader with strong commercial and financial skills as well as proven evidence of developing a successful and motivated team.

    We’re also looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a great store experience for both our customers and teams and can inspire and influence others across the business. Alongside being highly committed, positive and proactive, you’ll also have a desire to seek out growth and development. 

    Please note, due to the nature of the role, candidates will be need to be open to extensive travel across the South West. A full clean driving license and access to a car are also essential.

    Lichfield Full-Time Details

    Seasalt is growing and we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to lead our brand new store in Lichfield, opening in November.

    The contracts available will be for 16 - 22 hours per week with working pattern to be discussed and confirmed at interview. All of our shops are open 7 days a week, 364 days a year so we are looking for candidates who are flexible for both weekday and weekend working.
