  • Area Manager (South West)

    South West Full Time Details

    Seasalt is a growing women’s lifestyle retailer and we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Area Manager to join us and be responsible for managing our shops within the South West of the UK. Our customers truly are right at the heart of everything we do. We live and breathe our product and are proud of the exceptional customer experience delivered within our beautiful shops!

    The South West area currently has up to 18 stores and is where our retail business started. The area covers Cornwall, Devon and Dorset.

    Key Objectives

      • Commercial and financial performance of the stores, ensuring continued sales growth and the delivery of an exceptional service experience through the motivation and personal development of the store teams.
      • Maximize area sales, profitability and operational excellence setting clear business, commercial and personal goals that will ensure the retail and brand vision are consistently met across the area.

    What we're looking for

    The ideal candidate would be an existing Area Manager, preferably within a lifestyle brand, based in the South West of England with proven success of managing a group of stores across a wide geographical area. If you are passionate about delivering a great store experience for both our customers and teams and can inspire and influence others across the business, then we would like to hear from you.

    You will be a results driven retail leader with strong commercial and financial skills as well as proven evidence of developing a successful and motivated team. Alongside being highly committed, positive and proactive, you’ll also have a desire to support the growth of the company and meet business wide objectives.

    Please note, due to the nature of the role, candidates will be need to be open to extensive travel across the South West and some UK travel.

    A full clean driving license and access to a car are also essential.

    Stratford-upon-Avon Full Time Details

    Seasalt is growing and we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join us in our brand new store in Stratford-upon-Avon, opening in May 2019!

    Key responsibilities

    • Assist the store manager in driving store sales, maximising profitability, and achieving KPI targets and fulfil all management duties in their absence.
    • Support the store manager in delivering commercial excellence and high standards of customer service.
    • Act as a brand ambassador and role model, promoting Seasalt key values and behaviours, in order for your team to embody these for the benefit of our customers.

You will have previous supervisor experience in a high turnover store and will enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
