We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service for all our standard UK & CI orders.
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).

Order by 2pm Monday to Friday to receive your Seasalt order the very next working day (excluding Bank Holiday weekends). Please note any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over a Bank Holiday weekend will be despatched on the next working day.
Unfortunately next day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.

DPD
Any orders that are placed before 2pm are sent via DPD and will require a signature. If you've given us your mobile number, you'll get a text message an hour before your parcel’s delivered. If you're not in, you can choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, or rearrange delivery.

1. Hop online and choose 'CollectPlus' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient Seasalt collection point - there are over 5500 in the UK.
3. You'll receive a code by email and text when your item arrives. Take this and some form of ID (passport, driving license) to your chosen collection point. They'll keep your order for you for 10 days.

All orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in. You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs. We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in (for example, the threshold for goods imported to United State of America is $800, and Canada is $20CAD). Any orders with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

We can post to BFPO addresses as long as they have a UK postcode (we can’t be held responsible for what happens to the parcel between the BFPO and its final destination).

Good quality as always. On my screen these trousers look orange, the actual colour of the trousers I received is a dark rusty brown.
Return process was simple and refund was issued quickly.

Gorgeous colour (Slipware) perfect for Autumn!
I ordered hese having bought a pair of the Albert Quay crops in the summer which I love, but the Berry Downs are not just a full length version of the same style (which is how they are described).
The length is OK - in Tall they're just long enough for me at 5'7" with 31 - 32" inside leg.
The Albert Quays are slim fitting throughout with no bagginess anywhere but these trousers are definitely a more relaxed fit. As a result when worn with boots there is quite a lot of wrinkling & ruching around the knee area. and when worn with shoes, both the knees & ankles are baggy. The fabric is also softer and not as robust as the Albert Quays (seems more lightweight).
So not quite as slim fit as I had hoped and have a more relaxed vibe than expected. However I love the colour so have decided to keep them but definitely only for casual occasions as they're too relaxed to be dressed up.
I'd buy another pair of Albert Quays but not another pair of these.

At last a pair of slim fit trousers that fit - I usually have to choose between a comfortable (ie not too tight) fit on the waist and a flattering (ie not jodhpur-like baggy) fit in the thigh. Never mind the additional problem of getting them long enough! These miraculously fit in both areas and are also long enough in the Tall length,. I was surprised how nice the colour (slipware) was, for a change, and they go with more colours that I would have expected. If these appear in any other colours I will buy more.

These are lovely quality trousers which is what makes Seasalt clothes so reliable . I have worn the cropped version all summer and can see me wearing these during cooler autumn days. More colours please.
I bought a pair of these as they were described as the full length version of Albert Quay Crop which I love. Alas they are not they were 5 cm smaller in the waistline and much slimmer in the leg. After speaking to your customer service department they sent me a second pair but these were also much smaller just the same as the first pair. I have unfortunately had to return both pairs If they fit they are lovely quality and colour.

These are lovely trousers. A soft brushed fabric, and a slimmer leg which is narrower without being too close fitting. True to size. I would buy another pair if they came in other colours.
