We use Royal Mail’s Track & Trace service for all our standard UK orders.

When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and receive your Seasalt order the very next working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If you order over a Bank Holiday weekend, your order will arrive on the Wednesday.

Unfortunately next day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.

All next day orders are sent via DPD and will need a signature. You can track your order by contacting Customer Services on 01326 640075. If you've given us your mobile number, you'll get a text message alert an hour before your parcel’s delivered. If you're not in, you can choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, or rearrange delivery.

If you haven’t given us your mobile number and you're not in when the parcel’s delivered, we'll leave a card with details about how to rearrange your delivery.

• 1. Hop online and choose 'Click & Collect' as your delivery option.

• 2. Select the most convenient shop to pick up your order. Click & Collect is available in all of our shops except Guernsey and Clonakilty.

• 3. We'll email you when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen shop. They'll keep it for you for 7 days (don't forget to bring your order number with you when you pop in to collect it)

• 1. Hop online and choose 'CollectPlus' as your delivery option.

• 2. Select the most convenient Seasalt collection point - there are over 5500 in the UK.

• 3. You'll receive a code by email and text when your item arrives. Take this and some form of ID (passport, driving license) to your chosen collection point. They'll keep your order for you for 10 days.

The price shown is based on our standard parcel size. There may be an additional charge for larger parcels. You may have to pay import duties and taxes when you receive your parcel. Unfortunately we can’t predict what these charges may be, but your local customs office will be able to give you more information.
Overseas orders to Spain, Italy, Greece and the Netherlands are sent by international recorded service. All other international orders are sent unrecorded.

Parcel Motel (Republic of Ireland only)

You can now have your Seasalt orders delivered to your local Parcel Motel for as little as €3.95. Register at www.parcelmotel.com and choose your nearest Parcel Motel location. When you enter your delivery address at our checkout, just use the details below:

We’ll send your order to Parcel Motel and they’ll forward it to your chosen Parcel Motel location the next day. You’ll get a text and email to let you know that your parcel has arrived at your Parcel Motel, with a unique 4-digit PIN code which you’ll need when you collect your parcel.

BFPO

We can post to BFPO addresses as long as they have a UK postcode (we can’t be held responsible for what happens to the parcel between the BFPO and its final destination).
