100% Cotton

Made from lightweight cotton voile in a unique Seasalt print, our Aventurier Tunic is cut in a loose-fitting smock style, making it super comfortable and cool when the weather warms up. It has 3/4 length sleeves, a pretty notched V-neck and two large patch pockets at the front. We think it looks great with leggings and colourful leather sandals.

I bought the spotty version of this and the moment I took it out of the packaging, I was disappointed. The cotton was so thin, it just felt cheap and nasty. I did try it on but it was shapeless and had no structure.

I do ask myself, when Seasalt get their clothes made in India for, no doubt, next to no money and then use cheap materials, how can they justify the price of some items? 50 quid for this top? £9.99 more like - and that's being generous. Over to you, Seasalt, I'll be very interested in your response to this question.

Dear NJC,

Thanks for your review of the Aventurier Tunic, we’re sorry it wasn’t perfect for you on this occasion. As always, if it’s not right for you, or if you’re unhappy with it in any way, just pop it back to us for a ‘no quibble’ refund which we’ll process promptly.
Our designers have created this tunic with one of our unique prints and using a high quality soft and light cotton voile making it cool and comfortable in warmer weather. This means that the fabric will feel lighter than a traditional cotton top.
In response to your query about manufacturing in India; we like to re-assure you that all our suppliers sign and comply with the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code, of which Seasalt are members.
