An essential denim skirt you can wear with just about everything. Our Landscapist Skirt is cut straight and falls to the knee with a back split for extra movement. It has a flattering flat front, fastening at the back with a zip and button fly. We've given it a stylish dark indigo wash and finished it off with two large pockets on the front, two jeans-style back pockets and wide belt loops. We’ll be tucking a Sailor Shirt into ours this season.

Perfect fit

I tried on a size 20 with little hope of it being such a good shape and fit. It's the first skirt I've worn in years and it's very flattering. Now I've had to buy your lovely tights and leggings to go with it!

Lovely denim skirt

I love this skirt, as it fits beautifully. The zip at the back means you avoid that funny bulge at the front you so often get with similar skirts.
I have chosen the size 10, as it fits well. I am a size 10 most similar shops.
Fab skirt. It will be worn loads once it gets a bit warmer, although could easily be worn with boots, as it is s good weight denim.

Not for me sadly

I had high hopes for this skirt as have been looking for a flat fronted denim skirt for a very long time. I knew it was a risk as it's described as 'straight'. I will sadly be returning it because although lovely fabric, quality, cut and length, I'm a normal (not large) size 12 pear shape, so the size 12 did fit well, but I had to really struggle in to it to get the waist over my hips - the zip was a bit sticky and about 2 inches short to allow it to slip over my hips easily, and the back vent is also about 2 inches short to allow for ease of movement (I don't chase a child but I do chase a dog!) - probably because a pear's hips mean the skirt is tighter? Without the benefit of the flex and give of a little elastane stretch in the deni,m it meant this lovely skirt was not lovely to wear. Really sorry and disappointed! Any of the above 'improvements' and I'd snap it up!

Landscapist skirt

Despite other people's good reviews, I was very disappointed with this skirt - it certainly was not of the quality or cut which I had experienced with the Seasalt Pendelion skirt purchased a few years ago,,
now sadly out of stock. Not only was the material of an inferior denim compared to that of the Pendelion denim skirt but the buttons were almost impossible to undo and do up. I obviously returned the garment.

great

The first time for years I have found a denim skirt that actually fits. I am just under 5 ft so on me it comes just below the knee . Shame you don't do different lengths. Anyway I am so delighted with it that I am just ordering another one. The zip at the back makes all the difference and is so much more flattering.

Perfectly tailored casual denim skirt

I've been looking for a skirt like this for a long time. I especially appreciate that the zipper is in the back-avoiding the ugly zipper fly bulk that usual denim skirts have just over the tummy.

Looks the part but rather restricting

This skirt looks good , but it's extremely high waist button and zip clench in too high. It covers your hips well , if not a little roomy but too tight up to fasten comfortably. Great if you have a loose too, but otherwise it will show your sins.
It also restricts taking larger steps and when sitting down as I found out trying to chase my toddler, and then sit comfortably to breastfeed my newborn trying to sit with my Nursing pillow.
I'm sadly disappointed. It's been worn once and now just hangs in my wardrobe as a reminder that after having kids , the designs of clothing are vastly different once your body has changed shape, This was my first skirt I bought in 3 yrs after continuously wearing Nursing dresses so it really has upset me,, as I had got so excited .
I used the size guide , but didn't realise how high up the fastening was , and it's tighter than the measurements specified, along with the restricting length and width. However had I got the size larger my hips would be swimming with naterial.
Such a shame .

Perfect denim skirt

A really nice denim skirt. Knee length on me 5' 4.. Love the back zip, much more flattering than at the front where it can tend to spoil the line across the tummy area. Love it more like this please!
