Cosy and stylish

Lovely design and colours. Beautifully soft wool and thicker than I'd expected for merino which is so often used for lighter weight jumpers , so will be better for colder weather. Not too fitted, more of a tunic shape but not too baggy either so flattering. Delighted with quality and style.

Beautiful-looking but not wearing very well

I've been looking out for an affordable, 100% wool fairisle jumper for years and this one seemed to fit the bill. I'd say it comes up quite generously - I'm closer to a 14 but the 12 is fine on me. It hits my mid-hips and is flattering.
However, I've only had it about three weeks and worn it maybe 7 times, and already it's pilling (this can happen with new knitwear so I'm hoping it'll stablise once I've picked them all off) and bagging out of shape a bit. It's also quite thin and is creasing across my waistline when I sit down, which isn't what I expect from quality knitwear which should show a degree of resilience.

I don't regret buying it and love the look, but I think the quality could be higher.

Colour not quite as expected

The Vantage Point Ecru colour is sadly more light grey than ecru, and the colours in real life are altogether duller than in the photos. Also the sleeves are slightly too short on me. But the yarn is lovely and the jumper a good thickness. Well done Seasalt for using non-mulesed merino.

Lovely warm soft jumper

Really nice colour in 'the flesh' and goes well with Seasalt blue needle cord trousers I already have. A little bit shorter in the body than I was expecting, but looks like a proper jumper not a tunic, which I prefer so that's o.k . Neck is quite wide so o very cold days I layer wit a thin polo underneath - very snug then. Pilled slightly one first wear but not badly and came out well after the first wash keeping both shape and softness.
