We use Royal Mail’s Track & Trace service for all our standard UK orders.
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).

Order by 3pm Monday - Friday
Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and receive your Seasalt order the very next working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If you order over a Bank Holiday weekend, your order will arrive on the Wednesday.
Unfortunately next day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.
All next day orders are sent via DPD and will need a signature. You can track your order by contacting Customer Services on 01326 640075. If you've given us your mobile number, you'll get a text message alert an hour before your parcel’s delivered. If you're not in, you can choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, or rearrange delivery.
If you haven’t given us your mobile number and you're not in when the parcel’s delivered, we'll leave a card with details about how to rearrange your delivery.

1. Hop online and choose 'Click & Collect' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient shop to pick up your order. Click & Collect is available in all of our shops except Guernsey and Clonakilty.
3. We'll email you when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen shop. They'll keep it for you for 7 days (don't forget to bring your order number with you when you pop in to collect it)

1. Hop online and choose 'CollectPlus' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient Seasalt collection point - there are over 5500 in the UK.
3. You'll receive a code by email and text when your item arrives. Take this and some form of ID (passport, driving license) to your chosen collection point. They'll keep your order for you for 10 days.

This is the third jumper I have bought in the past two years in this style which I find an excellent fit with its slightly boxy and shorter length which is ideal if you are 5ft 4 ins . Also a perfect weight for our changeable temperatures .
This jumper in dark red looks lovely. I hope my niece will love it. It is cosy and a comfy fit so should keep her warm North of the border.

Lovely soft dark red,nice boxy fit and an ideal length to wear with skirts. I ordered my usual size 10, it gives a casual relaxed look. (This jumper is not meant to be fitted.) Oh,by the way,this is my third Day Trip jumper,so you could say I'm a fan!!!
I have two of the similar model, the Lovage, in the red and the blue and wear them to death. I fell in love with the Day Trip jumper in Ecru as soon as I saw it and pounced when the sale started. I love the cotton in the Lovage but the Day Trip is merino wool so warmer (if a little itchy) and it has full length sleeves for winter.. I’m a 12 in these styles and it’s generous in width and boxy/slouchy as described by others. I’ve ticked ‘bigger fit’ but it’s typical Seasalt styling.
I personally do love the colour but, for those considering purchasing, it’s not the colour I expected from the photographs or the term ecru (French for raw or unbleached). Yes, the base colour is a raw linen oatmeal beige but It has a definite marbled (marl) effect which means it looks like it has a very fine blue-grey running through the base natural colour. The overall effect is therefore actually a pale grey marl. The photographs make the jumper look like a clean bright cream and a bit more dressy than it is. However, as I said above, I do love the colour. And whole heartedly recommend as it looks fab with plain indigo jeans and it won’t show any small marks from paws!!!
What a relief! This sweater fits my mother perfectly, thanks to the description and reviews. She is petite, so it's not to long in the body.
Long time I was looking for warm but classy style jumper. I love delicate lace pattern around a neck. Thin sweater have got everything which I need. It is easy to wear, warm and fit perfect.
I have ecru colour which is more like light grey.
Size 8 fit perfect for me. Good matching with a plain jeans.
Love this jumper! The dark green is fabulous for winter and the styling is so pretty with the pointelle detail around the top. I got a size 10 which is a little big but not so big that I would return it. If the other colour comes back in my size I will probably go for it!
This is a beautiful jersey ,yes ,it is a relaxed fit, a short length, but, for me, size 10, 5 foot 4, it just is so flattering! Lovely, lightweight, warm ,not a colour I would normally pick (coppice), but it all works wonderfully! Oh ,by the way ,did I mention how elegant the neckline is . . .!!!
