Vey disappointing and poor quality

The cardigan that arrived was a totally different colour to the one advertised - a sludgy dark mustard. I had viewed the advertised cardigan in a brochure that arrived and on line on 3 different devices so to say that the colour doesn’t always reproduce well isn’t good enough.. Added to this was the fact that the quality was really poor - like a cheap acrylic garment that had been ironed! I returned it along with some other poor quality items. Seasalt aims to have this cosy Cornish image. The items are made in India, China etc. A very disappointing experience..

So stylish!

This cardigan is so stylish and original. Just love the pleat at the back. Bought the kelp colour which will compliment lots of other items in my wardrobe. As usual with Seasalt the quality is excellent. Comfy too.
I`m between a 12/14 and the 12 is a good fit. The sleeves are a fraction
too long on me but I just had to buy it!

Soft, versatile cardigan

I downsized from 12 to 10 and this is perfect - it hangs well with a nice flowing shape at the back. I bought it in fleet which I wasn't sure about at first (it's a sort of tinned tomato soup red!) but kept it as it does match several tops/dresses and it lovely to wear as a warm layer over dresses as well as with jeans and tops. As it's quite lightweight, it will still be useful on into spring.

Cosy cardi

Nice cosy cardi but found it pilled quite badly after a couple of times on, looked quite scruffy.

Hi Lou
Thank you for your review and we're so sorry that you're not completely satisfied with your Seasalt Jumper.
Of course, in line with our 'no quibble' refund policy, we'd be happy to offer you a full refund if you'd like. Just pop it back to us using the Freepost label in your parcel.
Bobbling and pilling is a natural occurrence in yarns. As the garment is worn, over time, the yarn gets tangled as it is rubbed. This results in little balls of fluff.
To remove the bobbles we'd recommend using a de-bobbler occasionally. Once you've removed the bobbles a few times, you should find that the bobbling decreases with wear.
As always, our Customer Service team would be delighted to help, just call on 01326 640075 or pop onto a chat at
Best wishes

Super Cardigan

Bought this in store in Fleet - the soft red shade. Am between 10/12 and tried both; 10 was fine. Love the swing back, soft, non itchy wool, warm but not bulky and pulls lots of wardrobe options together. Had a gift card to spend so got it at a bargain price!!! I'd say win, win all the way!! More colours please??

chasing cardigan

I bought this cardigan before Christmas in a lovely teal colour. I love the shape and style but am so disappointed in the quality. After only wearing about 4 times and after 1 wash(byhand) is has started to pill all over really badly, not what I thought for the money. A great shame.
