Soft, garment-dyed linen in an easy A-line shape: our new pinafore style combines two of our favourite things. With a square neck, in-seam pockets and a concealed zip. We'll be wearing ours all year long, layered over our organic cotton Sailor stripes in the summer and our merino-blend jumpers as the weather cools.
Made in China, in line with our Ethical Trading Policy.

We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service for all our standard UK & CI orders.
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday to receive your Seasalt order the very next working day (excluding Bank Holiday weekends). Please note any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over a Bank Holiday weekend will be despatched on the next working day.
Unfortunately next day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.

DPD
Any orders that are placed before 2pm are sent via DPD and will require a signature. If you've given us your mobile number, you'll get a text message an hour before your parcel’s delivered. If you're not in, you can choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, or rearrange delivery.
2 - 4 working days
1. Hop online and choose 'CollectPlus' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient Seasalt collection point - there are over 5500 in the UK.
3. You'll receive a code by email and text when your item arrives. Take this and some form of ID (passport, driving license) to your chosen collection point. They'll keep your order for you for 10 days.

I usually size 16, but this dress is way too big and too long for me. It does not fit like what the picture shows. My husband thought it was an apron when I first put on.

It's very hard to find a nice pinafore that's not too short. This one is very flattering too, the front part accentuates the bust unlike some other pinafores which might flatten your chest. The material is soft and flowy. I was a bit afraid that the skirt would be too stiff and accentuate my pear shape too much but it doesn't. If there were more colours in the future I would buy them all. Maybe navy / bottle green / caramel / dark grey? Same colours as your beautiful aprons?

Whilst I agree with one of the reviews below, about this being a little too long, i am sad that due to some weight loss this dress will be too big for me soon and smaller sizes are out of stock! Its one of those dresses that makes me wish I had better skin so I could wear with nothing covering the beautiful back! Please restock and make the dress in first green and navy and Black haha
Love my new blue linen apron dress(bit obsessed with apron and pinny dresses, a timeless traditional, simple style that will never get old(currently wearing it now with Sea salt merino jumper:)I may not look nothing like the young model in the promotional photo but who cares when you can feel this good wearing something so practical, resourceful, comfortable and wonderful. Fabulous design that I will look forward to wearing for many seasons to come!
You may want to size up with this lovely linen dress if you are apple shaped with a tummy.
Loved the colour but the fit was poor (huge un-adjustable straps) and the length was way to long. I used to buy loads of dresses from Seasalt as I loved the patterns and cut, but recently Seasalt seem to have stopped catering for their younger clients, most of the dresses are way to long... I'm 5'6''so petite versions don't fit on the waist. Please, please can we have more above the knee (or at least on the knee!) dresses?? Vintage style?? Please??

This is the first dress I've ever bought that sits exactly on my natural waist. Being tall and busty, most dresses sit closer to empire line, but this is just perfect. In a size 14, it's snug on the waist but not uncomfortably so - fits like a glove. I love the colour and fabric too.
I am delighted with this dress, beautiful style and colour. It fits very well on the waist, most outfits tend to be big but Seasalt got this perfectly. The only negative is the straps are too large, so the front pinafore bit kinda flops but I will see if I can get someone to tighten the straps for me. Otherwise, a really clever dress. More in this style please!
I wear a small size and this fits PERFECTLY. It's a lovely, flattering, length. In the summer sun I'm wearing it with just a t-shirt or crop top underneath and on the chillier dog-walking early mornings I'm wearing a hoodie or light jumper under it. It goes with everything and I love it's slightly oldie-worlde casual-ness but satisfying all the current-day boho/organic criteria. Wonderful.
Love this dress. Although I'm tall (5' 8") the size 12 is a perfect length in both body and skirt. It is a little snug around the waistband but will stop me eating Cornish cream teas and gaining weight! One shoulder strap does tend to slide down when I'm using my arms. I think the design would be better if the straps were adjustable and could be crossed at the back.
This dress, for me, is the perfect example of what sets Seasalt apart from other brands. Great design (love the midi length and minimal look) and beautiful fabric. Although some reviewers find it quite small, as a very slim customer I find the sizing to be on-point. The 8 fits a 25-26" waist perfectly with no dreaded gaping. I'm very happy indeed!
