We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service for all our standard UK & CI orders.
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday to receive your Seasalt order the very next working day (excluding Bank Holiday weekends). Please note any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over a Bank Holiday weekend will be despatched on the next working day.
Unfortunately next day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.

DPD
Any orders that are placed before 2pm are sent via DPD and will require a signature. If you've given us your mobile number, you'll get a text message an hour before your parcel’s delivered. If you're not in, you can choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, or rearrange delivery.

1. Hop online and choose 'Click & Collect' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient shop to pick up your order. Click & Collect is available in all of our shops except Clonakilty.
3. We'll email you when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen shop. They'll keep it for you for 14 days (don't forget to bring your order number with you when you pop in to collect it)
2 - 4 working days
1. Hop online and choose 'CollectPlus' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient Seasalt collection point - there are over 5500 in the UK.
3. You'll receive a code by email and text when your item arrives. Take this and some form of ID (passport, driving license) to your chosen collection point. They'll keep your order for you for 10 days.

All orders are shipped directly from the UK, you won’t have to pay customs fees, import duties or any local sales taxes when your parcel reaches the country you live in.
Non EU & Rest of the world
All orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in. You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs. We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in (for example, the threshold for goods imported to United State of America is $800, and Canada is $20CAD). Any orders with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
BFPO
We can post to BFPO addresses as long as they have a UK postcode (we can’t be held responsible for what happens to the parcel between the BFPO and its final destination).

I loved the dress, the colour and material but it was far too big! This lockdown I have returned more orders than accepted because of the sizing! Seasalt what is going on!

Very flattering dress, true to size, comfortable, chic and well made. Love it!
I loved the colours & pattern of the dress, and the shape/ fit was good. I returned as l didn't like the quality or the feel of the material. I do prefer the slightly stretchy materials use in other dresses l've bought from Seasalt that l love.
I also felt for the price, it could have been lined as it was quite see-through with the light behind you & l would need to wear a petticoat with it
I have many Seasalt dresses & the styles and patterns are just fantastic, but this one's not for me

This is a fabulous dress, gorgeous colour and pattern and I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that it is very long (I am 5ft 1") and does not come in petite so I am going to have to cut a fair amount off the bottom.

This is a lovely dress. Colours are perhaps a little more muted than in the images. It suits my apple shape as it skins my tummy. The buttons are really pretty and the pockets are great. As another reviewer said, some summer versions would be very nice.
I am thrilled with this dress. Fits beautifully without clinging anywhere. Fabric feels lovely to wear. Can be layered with a poloneck now and worn without in Spring/early summer. I wouldn't wear this in high summer because of the dark print. Can you do this shape in lighter colours and then it would be an all year round dress? Maybe a gingham check/or the multicolour check?

This dress was nice but had ordered the wave skirt as well in the same pattern Poppies Dark Seagrams, but decided to keep the skirt.
A lovely dress in unusual fabric that could be worn throughout the year . It is a large fit and I had to change it for smaller size . The longer length and loose fit is flattering and I hope more dresses will be offered in similar styles .
Love this dress. So comfortable as fabric is soft, pretty and a good fit. I found the size 18 is true to size , the neckline is just on clavicle and flat fit whist the sleeves are a comfortable fit on me.
I would recommend this dress as a smart work or leisure wear item. Well done Seasalt. Please make this in more colours.
I've been living in the "Inner Sky" dress since I got it in autumn, so I'm glad for an alternative! This dress has a generous cut, it's true, but I like that sort of thing - nice for winter layers and easy to wear. The design reminds me of midcentury prints - really inspired. I would LOVE to see different patterns, especially in cotton with a cotton lining.
