We use Royal Mail’s Track & Trace service for all our standard UK orders.
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).

Order by 3pm Monday - Friday
Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and receive your Seasalt order the very next working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If you order over a Bank Holiday weekend, your order will arrive on the Wednesday.
Unfortunately next day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.
All next day orders are sent via DPD and will need a signature. You can track your order by contacting Customer Services on 01326 640075. If you've given us your mobile number, you'll get a text message alert an hour before your parcel’s delivered. If you're not in, you can choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, or rearrange delivery.
If you haven’t given us your mobile number and you're not in when the parcel’s delivered, we'll leave a card with details about how to rearrange your delivery.

1. Hop online and choose 'Click & Collect' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient shop to pick up your order. Click & Collect is available in all of our shops except Guernsey.
3. We'll email you when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen shop. They'll keep it for you for 7 days (don't forget to bring your order number with you when you pop in to collect it)

1. Hop online and choose 'CollectPlus' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient Seasalt collection point - there are over 5500 in the UK.
3. You'll receive a code by email and text when your item arrives. Take this and some form of ID (passport, driving license) to your chosen collection point. They'll keep your order for you for 10 days.

Gorgeous dress, looks great and drapes beautifully over curves
Lovely dress! Fits perfectly and made very well in beautiful fabric. Incredible value for money when comparing to similar designs by other makes this season. Thank you!
Feels wonderful to wear and such a beautiful colour. I was slightly concerned that it arrived creased in places but with a ‘do not iron’ label! My local Seasalt shop offered to steam it for me but a gentle iron on the inside helped. Be warned it also says ‘dry clean only’ but I may try a very gentle hand wash.

Thanks for your lovely review and feedback for the Hollyhock Dress, and we're pleased you were able to remove the creases; we'd normally advise hanging the item up and waving an iron on the steam setting over it, without making contact.
We would always advise following the Care Label instructions and to 'Dry Clean Only' if this is stated, as we'd be unable to accept the item back for a refund if a problem occured due to this.

I am apple shaped and found this dress really flattering. True to size which sadly means I am an 18.
The dress is made of a beautiful , high quality velvet which gives it an understated elegance and softness to touch.
A perfect length, sitting just on the knee. and a lovely swing to the fall of the dress. The V neckline and stand up collar add just the right amount of detail, so that it can be worn on it's own or accessorised for different occasions.
Sizing wise is definitely on the smaller side, so size up if in doubt , as it needs to be worn roomy and loose.
Highly recommended. A timeless and classic item of clothing , to be worn for many years.
Lovely dress, gorgeous colour and shape but unfortunately it was just too long so I had to return it. Please make dresses in petite sizes.

I love the concept of this. The look and feel are potentially great BUT I am now on the second of these. I returned the first because of bad creasing and as this is non iron that was a problem. I hung it up in the bathroom to try to get these out but no joy. I returned and ordered a replacement. This too is creased but not quite as badly so I’m hoping they will eventually drop out. Seasalt you must do something about this!
Again I love the dress if it weren’t so creased!

I bought this dress for Christmas parties but unfortunately it’s not for me . The fabric is luxurious and the colour beautiful , but it’s the shape that didn’t suit . It was more of a boxy shape than A line , meaning a little too roomy across the shoulders and not swinging enough across the hips . Such a shame and hopefully they might change it for next Christmas .
