We’re constantly on the lookout for the perfect villages, towns and cities in which to open new Seasalt shops, and when the opportunity came up in the stunning cathedral city of Wells in Somerset, we knew it was a match made in heaven. With its cobbled market square and imposing gothic cathedral, England’s smallest city completely captured our imagination and we’re thrilled to be opening a brand new shop on the High Street, on Saturday 9th June.
This will be our 53rd shop and we’re excited for a day full of all our favourite Cornish things: shanty singing, cream teas, and wonderfully wearable clothes inspired by and reflecting the place that we are lucky enough to call home. At 9am we’ll be inviting the lucky first person in the queue to officially cut the ribbon, and be the first to shop with a £100 gift voucher. If you’re not an early bird, you won’t miss out, as we’ve got goody bags for the first 30 shoppers, a free gift with every single purchase, and Cornish nibbles on offer all day. Bristol-based folk group, The Longest Johns, will be keeping us entertained with our favourite sea-shanty songs, and we’re honoured to have the Mayor of Wells joining us too.
Seasalt Wells opens at 9am on Saturday 9th June
See you there!
