Working as part of the System Support team the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operational tasks involving support for business applications such as AX, PLM and Blubolt. This role will involve liaising with users, answering technical queries and providing assistance whilst escalating issues of a more technical nature to the appropriate technical teams.
Successful candidates will be comfortable using Microsoft applications and ideally have a knowledge of Seasalt’s existing application use and business processes.
