We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service for all our standard UK & CI orders.
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday to receive your Seasalt order the very next working day (excluding Bank Holiday weekends). Please note any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over a Bank Holiday weekend will be despatched on the next working day.
Unfortunately next day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.

DPD
Any orders that are placed before 2pm are sent via DPD and will require a signature. If you've given us your mobile number, you'll get a text message an hour before your parcel’s delivered. If you're not in, you can choose to have your parcel left with a neighbour, or rearrange delivery.
3 - 5 working days
1. Hop online and choose 'Click & Collect' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient shop to pick up your order. Click & Collect is available in all of our shops except Clonakilty.
3. We'll email you when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen shop. They'll keep it for you for 14 days (don't forget to bring your order number with you when you pop in to collect it)
2 - 4 working days
1. Hop online and choose 'CollectPlus' as your delivery option.
2. Select the most convenient Seasalt collection point - there are over 5500 in the UK.
3. You'll receive a code by email and text when your item arrives. Take this and some form of ID (passport, driving license) to your chosen collection point. They'll keep your order for you for 10 days.

Customs and Duties

All orders are shipped directly from the UK, you won’t have to pay customs fees, import duties or any local sales taxes when your parcel reaches the country you live in.
Non EU & Rest of the world
All orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in. You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs. We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in (for example, the threshold for goods imported to United State of America is $800, and Canada is $20CAD). Any orders with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
BFPO
We can post to BFPO addresses as long as they have a UK postcode (we can’t be held responsible for what happens to the parcel between the BFPO and its final destination).

Great socks for putting on at the end of a long day. So soft and comfortable that I have had to buy these on more than one occasion.
Walking my dog and wearing wellies everyday I needed more socks, and warm comfortable ones. My old Seasalt socks were getting rather worn but still good, so I bought these new ones, And I love wearing them, so cosy in my boots. I was concerned due to them being one size, I am 5 and half, and they are just right.
I bought these for my mum at Christmas....and she absolutely loves them...they keep her warm without cutting in to her legs. I tried to get her another pair but they were out of stock for a while. Have recently bought her another pair......more colour options please 😊

I've been wearing brightly coloured Fluffies for several years now and have replaced my old ones with very pretty blue striped Fluffies. My husband now lounges about in my old tattier ones. They are the clothes equivalent of chocolate but don't make you fat
These are so comfortable and are great for my arthritic feet.
I bought the red ones like this last year, and I original bought these for a friend, but then decided to keep them for myself! They are so soft and comfortable. They keep your feet as warm as if they were thermal socks! The eleastic isn't too tight around the top, but they stay up well. Literally the best socks ever!
I have been searching for months for a pair of long socks that stay up, keep my legs warm and are soft on the sole of my foot and I have finally found them - thank you Seasalt!
I found your socks by accident - searching on ‘over the knee socks”. The reviews persuaded me to try them - so pleased I did.
They’re fun to look at, like it that they’re recycled. But the main thing I like about them is that they’re long and don’t cut in to your legs. Many other socks do!
Can’t wait for other patterns to come in. Next autumn?
I do so dislike having to give a poor review as everything I have previously ordered from Seasalt has been of the highest quality. However, these socks are the exception. Within a couple of hours of putting them on a hole appeared in one of the socks, and the following day the same happened again. I was only wearing them with my slippers and did not wear them outside. Dread to think what would have happened if I had worn them with my wellies! They are lovely and soft but definitely need some sort of reinforcement at the toes before they are sold. Never mind, I will just have to keep on sewing up the holes!
