We love creating beautiful clothes just for you, but if you find your order isn't quite right – for whatever reason – don't worry, we've got a 'no quibbles' returns policy.
Just send your purchase back within 28 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached (this does not affect your statutory rights) to:

Exchanges
If you have an account, log in and register your exchange. There will also be an exchange form in with your goods, simply complete and include it when you pop your goods back in the post to us.
There are exchange and return address labels to use on your package, but you’ll need to pay the postage costs. Once we’ve received your order we’ll post your new exchange back to you for free.

Returning items

Faulty Goods
We work hard to produce all of our garments to the highest standards, however sometimes the odd thing slips through the net.
If you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, please log on to your account where there's an option to return faulty or damaged items.
If you don't have an account don't worry, just give us a call and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
