We love creating beautiful clothes just for you, but if you find your order isn't quite right – for whatever reason – don't worry, we've got a 'no quibbles' returns policy.
Please note: we only accept returns on underwear if the item is faulty.
Just send your purchase back within 28 days of receipt of goods, making sure it’s unused and as good as new, in its original packaging with all tags still attached (this does not affect your statutory rights). We recommend you obtain ‘proof of postage’.

*Our extended policy means you can return or exchange an item with a valid receipt or parcel summary document. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that items purchased in our Penryn shop are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged with a valid receipt.

How to exchange or return your order
Speed up the process by registering your exchange or return online. Just log into your account and click on ‘my orders’.
Everything sent back to Seasalt needs to be accompanied by a complete exchanges & returns form, which can be found on your delivery note. Detail which items you are returning, any items you’d like in exchange, plus the reason why – this helps us perfect future collections.
Tear along the perforated lines to detach the returns & exchanges form from the rest of your delivery note and pop in the mailing bag along with your returns. There are exchange and return address labels to use on your package, but you’ll need to pay the postage costs. We recommend you obtain ‘proof of postage’. You can return your item via Royal Mail or Collect+. To use the Collect+ service go to www.collectplus.co.uk to arrange and pay for the return of your parcel.
Once we’ve received your order we’ll post your new exchange back to you for free. Please allow 10 working days.
Alternatively, you can take items into your nearest Seasalt shop, along with your delivery note, and they’ll organise a refund or exchange for you. Remember: items need to be returned within 28 days, unused and good as new. Please note that our Seasalt stockists are unable to accept returns.
Whilst we are not able to refund Paypal orders in store, stores will happily take them on your behalf to be returned to the warehouse for a refund to be issued.
We work hard to ensure that everything from Seasalt reaches you in tip top condition. However, if your order is not as you would expect please just give us a call and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
