We’re on the lookout for a talented graphic designer to join our busy team. You’ll have at least 3-4 years of graphic design experience, be passionate about print, and daft about brochure & catalogue design.

We are looking for someone who loves a good old fashion pencil but is totally up-to-date with Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop. Experience in a busy design studio essential, as is a relevant degree.

As an image retoucher your main responsibilities will be to maintain the high standard of Seasalt’s product images ready to be used in print and online. You will file, retouch and name images following the current Seasalt process, along with carrying out image checks and updates. You will have an eye for detail and are happy to work on your own in a fast paced environment and excel at meeting deadlines. Working in the Marketing department, you will be flexible depending on workload and photoshoot schedules.

Seasalt is looking for an experienced Systems Project  Manager  to join the team at Head Office overlooking Falmouth Bay.

The Role
The Systems Project Manager will be part of the Information Systems Team, reporting to the Business Systems Director, with the project to deliver a new ERP system, development due to start later this year. The successful candidate will be required to manage, co-ordinate and deliver successful business systems projects – on time and within budget, prepare and maintain realistic project and quality plans and track all activities against plan. Change Management experience is key to help minimise disruption and pressure to teams, it’s essential to have knowledge and proven experience of project management methodology, including successful delivery of an ERP business transformation project.

Full Time, 18-24 month contract

The Person
We are looking for a well organised, great communicator with the following skills and experience:

  • Problem solving – overcome issues, propose solutions, make commercial decisions
  • Strong commercial aptitude.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of competitors
  • Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong planning and strategy development skills
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Negotiating skills

We would particularly like to hear from Systems Project Managers who have:

  • MS Dynamics AX or other ERP experience
  • A relevant  degree
  • Project Management qualification
  • Experience of working in the retail/fashion industry

Seasalt, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing Information Systems team at the Head Office overlooking Falmouth Bay.

The Role
The Business Analyst will be part of the Information Systems Team, reporting to the Information Systems Manager and working closely with the ERP system Project Manager. They will work with all areas of the business to document ‘as is’ processes, gather and analyse business requirements, make recommendations for improvements, specify requirements for system configuration, deliver and test developments, document ‘to be’ processes, manage and support change control and deliver systems training. This is a key role in the exciting new ERP system development due to start later this year.
