The Customer Services team at Falmouth Business Park are looking for two Part-Time Customer Services Assistants to join the team. There are two 16 hour contracts available, one for a temporary position and the other permanent – with the option to work additional hours when available. The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role and will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service as well as having inbound telephone experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office based programs.
Hours are rotational on a shift basis. The department is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday.
This role will require Sunday working.
