Tall Ships waiting to start the 2012 race
Joseph Riou took part in the Tall Ships 2012 Race on board Moosk and has sent us a little update of his first experience of sailing:
Over the next week we will be popping down to Flushing Regatta to watch some sailing, indulge in some tea and cake (and perhaps a beer or two!) and join in the party at the end of the week at the famous Flushing Carnival!
A few miles from our Truro shop is the creekside village of Feock. One of our marketing team lives there and she’s started to notice a few new, strange additions to the local landscape!

A couple of months ago Joseph Riou got in touch with us to see if we could help him with his summer adventure plans! He will be sailing on board a boat called Moosk to take part in the Tall Ships Race 2012 and as one of us here at Seasalt HQ took part in the Tall Ships Race in 2008 from Falmouth to Portugal we have first hand knowledge of just how chilly it can get on night watch!
