We’ll be toasting the Cornish boats in the Thames Pageant and probably eating a bit of cake, but here’s a few alternative south west celebrations for 3 June, cake and bunting optional.
Lots of us here at Seasalt HQ love a wild swim (especially if the sun is shining!) and Swim For Logan is a great wild swim in aid of a good cause.

What better way to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee than by sending a Cornish contingency to take part in The Thames Pageant? Seasalt can’t be there in person but we are shipping a piece of Cornish spirit up to London, by way of stripey sailor shirts on a traditional rigged fishing boat.
Everyone at Seasalt HQ have got their fingers crossed for sunshine in the first week of June, not only for the Jubilee and half term, but also for the all important social whirl that is the Royal Cornwall Show!
