totnes beach clean
fritha ashley - 13/2/08
On Sunday we did our beach clean for Seasalt Totnes. Our adopted beach is Preston Beach near Paignton and luckily it didn’t rain! In fact the weather was beautiful and it was a great excuse to be out and about. Lots of passers by were interested in what we were doing and we even got some volunteers signed up to our next one!
Our find included mostly cigarette butts, some drinks cans, an aerosol can, rope, paper, polystyrene and half a tennis ball!
A big thank you to everyone who helped.

Last night Amy, Stacey and I cleaned our adopted beach, Lambeth walk in St Ives. We collected 3 large black rubbish sacks and found a few interesting items. Finished off with a chat in the pub to discuss our findings!
